Different concentrations of silymarin, baicalein, and baicalin were tested for cytotoxicity in Vero cells by MTS assay. CC₅₀ refers to the half maximum cytotoxic concentration, whereas MNTD80 is the dose at which 80% of the cells are viable. Data were acquired from three independent experiments and presented as mean ± standard error mean (SEM).
