IC50 refers to the 50% inhibitory concentration required to inhibit the virus and was obtained from virucidal assays. SI is a selective index (CC₅₀/IC₅₀). FFURA measures the infectious virus particles while qRT-PCR measures the viral RNA copy number. Data were acquired from three independent experiments and presented as mean ± standard error mean (SEM).
