NPC2- and IGF2-tagged bsAbs neutralize VSV-EBOV in multiple cell types. Neutralization curves of bsAbs and parental mAbs against rVSV-EBOV GP in (A-D) human U2OS osteosarcoma cells or (E-H) human THP-1 cells differentiated into macrophage-like cells.
