Quantitative measurements of the gene expression levels (fold differences) of six genes in Arabidopsis under salt stress. These genes were significantly influenced only under salinity conditions, not optimal growth conditions. Fourteen-day-old seedlings (seed-bioprimed) were treated with 200 mM NaCl. After 12 h, rosettes were collected and subjected to RNA isolation, following by quantitative real-time reverse transcription-PCR.
