We used the Pearson correlation coefficient. The left hippocampus wholebrain FC was negatively correlated with the MoCA score. The whole-brain FC of the right hippocampus was negatively correlated with the EDSS score. The MD value of the left hippocampus was negatively correlated with the MoCA score and positively correlated with the EDSS score. The right hippocampal MD value was positively correlated with the EDSS score.
