Coronal (a, b) and sagittal (c) T2W MRI show partly degenerated intramural myoma (asterisk), placenta previa (arrowhead), and right hydronephrosis (arrow), caused by compression of the right ureter by the enlarged uterus. Acute pain in this patient is caused by hydronephrosis.
