Participants Inclusion: Patients with breast cancer undergoing breast‐conserving surgery by a single surgeon in a tertiary referral centre who received CWPF or WLE
Exclusion:
  • Performed at a different institution and their mammograms were unavailable for qualitative assessment

  • Patients who went on to have completion mastectomy

Interventions Intervention: Volume replacement ‐ chest wall perforator flap, (n = 18)
Control: BCS: wide local excision
