Participants	Inclusion: Patients with breast cancer undergoing breast‐conserving surgery and were followed for more than 5 years after surgery
Interventions	Intervention: Volume replacement, (n = 417): Pedicled fat flaps: lateral epidermal fat flap (276), Inframammary adipofascial flap (25), rotation of surrounding tissue (116) Control: BCS; Quadrantectomy, (n=626)
