Participants	Inclusion: Patients with breast cancer undergoing breast‐conserving surgery by the mastology team Exclusion: Patients older than 75 years Patients receiving neo‐adjuvant chemotherapy Metastatic disease Previous breast surgery
Interventions	Intervention: Both VD and VR ‐ 11 reduction & 34 local flaps, (n = 45) Control: BCS: Quandrantectomy, (n = 42)
