Participants	Inclusion: Patients with breast cancer, undergoing breast‐conserving surgery Exclusion: Patients older than 75 years Patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy Metastatic disease Previous breast surgery
Interventions	Intervention: Both VD and VR ‐ 11 reduction & 34 local flaps, (n = 45) Control: BCS: Quandrantectomy, (n = 45)
Outcomes	Primaryoutcomes: No outcomes of interest Secondaryoutcomes: Cosmetic evaluation (Self‐designed ‐ 2 breast surgeons, 2 plastic surgeons (1 male and 1 female of each)
