Participants Inclusion:
  • Patients with breast cancer, undergoing breast‐conserving surgery


Exclusion:
  • Patients older than 75 years

  • Patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy

  • Metastatic disease

  • Previous breast surgery

Interventions Intervention:
Both VD and VR ‐ 11 reduction & 34 local flaps, (n = 45)
Control:
BCS: Quandrantectomy, (n = 45)
Outcomes Primaryoutcomes:
  • No outcomes of interest


Secondaryoutcomes:
  • Cosmetic evaluation (Self‐designed ‐ 2 breast surgeons, 2 plastic surgeons (1 male and 1 female of each)
