Participants Inclusion:

  • Women with early breast cancer (T1‐2 tumor) with clinically axillary lymph nodes positive (cA+) undergoing breast‐conserving surgery


Exclusion:

  • Previous history of surgery, trauma or any diseases influencing the shoulder function

  • Inability to complete the questionnaire

  • Failure to complete the follow‐up
Interventions Intervention:
Volume replacement ‐ all mini latissimus dorsi flap (MLDF) (n = 32)
Control:
BCS: WLE (n = 28)
