Axial images demonstrate interval progression of heterogenous cysts (red arrow), some of which appear to have coalesced into bullae. Cysts appear to be distributed peripherally. Coronal cuts demonstrate a craniocaudal gradient. Also seen are ground-glass opacities (red circle), dense consolidations (blue arrow), a left-sided pleural effusion, and air bronchograms.
