The three-strong features extending from equivalent positions around the tcTRP particle correspond to N-terminal poly-histidine affinity tags and linkers extending from the N-terminus of each protein subunit (an unbiased feature that further validated the trimeric assemblage of the particle). Those atoms are clearly disordered and are not modeled into the density.
