FLC susceptibility levels of adaptor colonies. FLC adaptors were tested using disk diffusion assays performed on YPD plates and disks containing 200 μg FLC. The RAD20, a reflection of the MIC, was calculated using diskImageR (22). Three individual colonies of the parent strain were tested, and all three values were plotted. For each of the adaptors, one colony was tested.
