Azilsartan and valsartan rescue ponatinib or HQP1351 induced cerebral thrombosis. Embryos were treated with the indicated drugs from 2 to 4 dpf and stained with o-dianisidine to visualize cerebral thrombosis. Ponatinib (3 µM) or HQP1351 (1 µM) induces cerebral thrombosis (white arrows) while asciminib (20 µM) does not induce this defect. Ponatinib or HQP1351 induced cerebral thrombosis can be prevented by co-treatment of embryos with either azilsartan (30 µM) or valsartan (30 µM).
