Two-way ANOVA for ischemic wound closure rate with the ring (A) showed a significant reduction in the wound surface area in all groups during the treatment time point. A similar result was observed for non-ischemic wounds without the ring (B). In both cases, the photobiomodulation (PBM) groups were more effective in wound healing compared to the control group. In the early days of the wound healing process, more rapid wound healing was observed in the photobiomodulation + arginine treatment groups.
