This composite figure illustrates a patient with a ‘Type 6’ knee who was treated with a two-stage surgical procedure: the first surgery consisted of performing a distal femoral osteotomy to correct a severe extra-articular acquired deformity; the second surgery was the implantation of an unrestricted KA TKA.
