Adjunct treatment with eRAPA and moxifloxacin during chronic infection does not significantly impact on host bacterial control and cytokine response. (A,B) At week 7 post infection, Mtb Erdman-infected C3HeB/FeJ mice were divided into three groups (Eudragit control diet with no treatment, moxifloxacin plus Eudragit and moxifloxacin plus eRAPA) and were then treated for 2 weeks up to week 9, when they were euthanized. Bacterial burden (A) and cytokine analysis in homogenized lung lysates (B) were carried out at this time point. Five mice were included in each group.
