Expression of HA synthases and major HA-binding proteins is not altered in Tmem2iKOmice. The liver and lymph nodes were dissected from control and Tmem2iKO mice at day 19 after the completion of tamoxifen treatment, which were then used for total RNA isolation and cDNA synthesis. Expression levels of Has1, Has2, Has3, CD44, and Lyve1 in the liver (A) and lymph node (B) were determined by TaqMan qPCR, and fold changes in expression levels were calculated by the ΔΔCt method using normalization to ribosomal 18S RNA. Experiments were performed in biological triplicates or quadruplicates. Data are shown as the mean ± SD, and statistical significance was analyzed by two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni's multiple comparison test. ND, not detected; n.s., not significant.
