Subcellular localization of Evi9 isoforms. Evi9a (A and B), Evi9b (C and D), and Evi9c (E and F) mammalian expression vectors were introduced into COS7 cells, and the protein was detected using polyclonal Evi9 antibody Ab1 (Evi9a and Evi9c) or Ab2 (Evi9a and Evi9b). Endogenous Evi9 protein (Evi9a and Evi9b) was also detected in B162 leukemia cells using the Ab2 antibody (G and H). Primary antibodies were visualized with fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled anti-rabbit immunoglobulin G (A, C, E, and G). DNA was stained with Hoechst 33342 (B, D, F, and H).
