(A) Abciximab-treated (20 μg mL-1), citrated whole blood, labeled with 0.5 μg ml-1 DiOC6 containing single-chain antibody (scFv) A1 (5 μg mL-1) or control was perfused over a collagen III-coated surface as described in Figure 1B.
