Candidate epitope peptides increased the frequency of IFN-γ⁺/CD8⁺ T cells in DC-peptide-PBL cocultures. DCs were induced for 7 days from healthy donor PBMCs and then coincubated with candidate epitope peptides and autologous PBLs for 14 days.
