Candidate epitope peptides increased the percent of proliferating CD8⁺ T cells in DC-peptide-PBL cocultures. DCs were induced for 7 days from healthy donor PBMCs and then coincubated with candidate epitope peptides and autologous CFSE-prelabeled PBLs for 14 days.
