The prefix “s” indicates a known species and the prefixes “g” and “f” indicate the lowest possible assigned taxonomic rank at the genus and family levels, respectively. The MAGs that could not be assigned to a known species are indicated by a red dot. The heatmap shows the number of putative BGCs of each of the top 12 known types detected in each MAG. All known types of putative BGCs that were present in < 1% of all of the BGCs were grouped into the “Other” category. The total number of putative BGCs in each MAG is indicated by the green bars in the outer ring
