Rats were treated with Cisplatin and Gallic acid as described in Figure 1. ∗∗P < 0.01, ∗∗∗P < 0.001, and ∗∗∗∗P < 0.0001; values are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 6). The results show that Gallic acid treatment ameliorated the Cisplatin-induced decrease in SOD, catalase, GSH, and glutathione peroxidase.
