Every diagram shows the percentages of attractors encountered based on the total number of cells analyzed for different cell types. The different colors refer to the type of cells analyzed: red for cancer, green for stromal cells, yellow for immune B-cells, violet for immune T-cells, cyan for myeloid immune cells. Gray indicates the percentage of cells in which it was not possible to find any attractors. The last two pie charts do not indicate tumor type attractors (absence of red color).
