Molidustat improves post-ischemic recovery in T2D. Cardiac function was measured as rate pressure product (the multiple of heart rate and developed pressure) in control and diabetic rats, with and without molidustat treatment. Hearts were perfused at baseline (A) and subjected to 30 min of low-flow ischemia followed by 25 min of reperfusion (B–E).
