(d) Contrast-to-noise ratios (CNRs) of unstable plaque for MPO-Gd (0.3 mmol/kg) and heMAMP (0.1 mmol/kg) (n = 3 mice for each probe), showing no significant difference (p = 0.368, ns, not significant, determined by Mann℃Whitney test). (e) ΔCNRs of unstable plaque (brachiocephalic trunk) in control and AZM198-treated TS mice.
