Fig. 4 — Cells with normal BRCA1/2 or with one normal allele can compensate for double-strand break repair in the presence of PARP inhibitors. On the other hand, using PARP inhibitors in tumor cells with double-negative BRCA1/2 accumulate DSB, which leads to cell death
