Mice received intravitreal injections of IL-1β +/− INCA-6. 8hr post-injection, fluorescein was injected and fluorescent fundus images were captured at 2 and 4min post-fluorescein injection. (A) The difference in integrated density between images was calculated and recorded as a readout of vascular leakage.
