CircLNPEP serves as a sponge for miR-876-3p in ovarian cancer cell lines
(a) The abundance of circLNPEP in the cytoplasm and nucleus was detected by qRT-PCR. GAPDH was used as internal control in the cytoplasm and U6 was used as internal control in the nucleus. (b) Lysates from ovarian cell lines with overexpressed circLNPEP were subjected to biotinylated-circLNPEP pull-down assay and the expression level of circLNPEP was measured by qRT-PCR. GAPDH was used as internal control. (c) The expression levels of four candidate miRNAs predicted by CircInteractome were quantified by qRT-PCR after the biotinylated-circLNPEP pull-down assay in SKOV3 and SK-BR-3 cells.
