Overall: 10/11 animals microinjected with Cas9/gRNAs had mutations (91%), 2 of the mutations did not disrupt the open reading frame (20%), and 4 of the 10 had mutations at multiple gRNA sites (40%). The useful mutation rate was thus 73%.
