Overview of the novel high hyperdiploid risk profile

(A) The top panel shows the correlation between relapse rate and cases with trisomy 5, 17, 18, and 20 for patients in the discovery cohort (UKALL97/99). There are two distinct clusters: 1 and 2. Based on the pattern of the gains and corresponding relapse rate a decision tree (bottom panel) was constructed. Kaplan-Meier survival curves for patients in the validation cohort (UKALL2003) for event-free survival (B), relapse rate (C), and overall survival (D).
