Enriched gene sets in the Hallmark collection for high- and low-risk patients. The high-risk group was associated with Hedgehog signaling, KRAS signaling, Wnt/β catenin signaling, apical junction, epithelial mesenchymal transition, and angiogenesis, whereas functional enrichment in the low-risk group was focused on energy-metabolism-related functions, including fatty acid metabolism and oxidative phosphorylation.
