The table shows a summary of flow cytometry staining results of basophils obtained from patients #1, #2, #3, #4, and from normal PB. Staining index (SI) for CD203c+ basophils was calculated as ratio of median fluorescence intensities obtained with specific antibodies and isotype-matched control antibodies. Expression (SI) levels were scored as follows: –, SI <1.30; +/–, SI 1.31-3.00; +, SI 3.01-10.00; ++, SI 10.01-100; +++, SI >100.
