Endoscopic findings (score each side separately)
0 = no polyps
1 = small polyps in the middle meatus/edema
2 = middle meatus blocked
3 = polyps extending beyond the middle meatus, without a complete obstruction, or extending to the sphenoethmoidal recess
4 = massive nasal polyposis
