The numbers of supporting reads for each transcript are shown along with the Iso-Seq reads. The positions of RNA-Seq junction reads (RNA-Seq) and CpG islands, as well as the signals of CAGE-Seq, H3K4me3 ChIPSeq and poly(A)-Seq, were presented accordingly.
