A Inflammatory cells isolated from mice at 2 and 4 days after intraperitoneal injection of 4% thioglycolate were analyzed by flow cytometry for macrophages (CD11b+F4/80+) and neutrophils (CD11b+Ly6G+) (n = 5 for each group at each time point); B Non parenchymal cells (NPCs) isolated from the liver of WT and CD5L−/− mice after APAP treatment for 8 h and 24 h (n = 5 for each group at each time point) analyzed by flow cytometry. The expression of neutrophils (CD11b+Ly6G+), CD11b+Ly6Chigh monocytes, and CD11b+Ly6Clow monocytes (from top to bottom) after APAP treatment for 8 h and 24 h.
