Genetic interaction between rai1Δ and ski2Δ. Strains AJY667 and RKY1973 were mated and sporulated, and the resulting tetrads were dissected. A representative tetrad was restreaked for single colonies on yeast extract-peptone-dextrose, incubated at room temperature for 3 days, and photographed.
