Method for constructing structural connectivity networks from T1 and DWI data. Nodes were defined by segmentation of the T1-weighted image. Edges were determined by probabilistic tractography and weighted by the mean FA along all streamlines connecting the corresponding pair of nodes. The resulting network was represented by a connectivity matrix.
