Fite’s Acid fast staining of M. leprae Thai-53 strain-infected cells visualization by light microscopy. ISE6 cells were infected with M. leprae Thai-53 strain and observed under light microscope at magnification 40× after being stained with Fite’s acid-fast staining at 21, 35, and 49 dpi.
