The workflow for the semiautomatic morphological and the hemodynamic analysis includes the extraction of a 3D model of the posterior circulation and the basilar tip aneurysm based on individuals neuroimaging. Both morphological and hemodynamic analyses can be visualized afterwards. Here, we show an exemplary screenshot from the semiautomatic neck reconstruction and an illustration of the AWSS (red color indicates high AWSS; blue color indicates low AWSS) as a result of computational fluid dynamics.
