AD+AUD+ = AD with history of alcohol use disorder; AD+AUD− = AD without a history of alcohol use disorder; AD−AUD+ = history of alcohol use disorder without AD; AD−AUD− = no history of AD or AUD. P values that met p<0.05, FDR-corrected are highlighted in bold.
