Data for days mortality and days alive and out of hospital at day 90 were missing in 14 patients (7 in each group). Data for days alive without life support at day 90 were missing in 15 patients (7 patients in the dexamethasone 12 mg group and 8 patients in the dexamethasone 6 mg group).
