Interval MSA (m s−2) did not influence interval heart rate (ƒH) when JM3 was excluded. To facilitate visualization of the consistency of ƒH across the range of dive durations observed, data are separated by dive duration category (0.5–1, 1–2 and greater than 2 min dives).
