Scores of the neurological symptoms in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and memantine-treated EAE rats in different phases of the disease between 0 and 25 days post immunization (d.p.i.). Memantine was administered at a dose of 60 mg/kg b.w./day from 5 to 11 d.p.i. The values indicated neurological scores ± S.D.
