CS-SeNPs and Na₂SeO₃ inhibited the inflammatory response induced by LPS in ECs. Cells were induced with 1 μg/mL LPS for 12 h alone or pretreated with 0.5 μM CS-SeNPs or Na₂SeO₃ for 12 h before exposure to LPS. The mRNA expression levels of iNOS (a), TNF-α (b), IL-6 (c) and IL-1β (d) were assayed by qPCR.
