Doxycycline decreases the migration, proliferation, and contraction of ARPE-19 cells. ARPE-19 cells were treated with or without the indicated concentrations of doxycycline and monitored for (A) migration, (B) proliferation, and (C) contraction at the indicated times after drug treatment. The representative samples and quantitated results are shown. The values of ARPE-19 cells without doxycycline treatment for 48 or 24 h are set as 100% in panels A and B, respectively.
