Mean FA values of the white matter skeleton at the whole-brain level and in different ROIs (CMRR sequence, after denoising). Bayesian linear modelling shows significant scanner differences for ROIs in the centre (SCC) and long white matter tracts (LSLF) but not for ROIs with curved lateral tracts (LUF).
