Bladder cell lines characteristic after levofloxacin treatment. (A)—Morphology of bladder cell lines after levofloxacin treatment. Cell shrinkage, rounding, and detachment were visible after levofloxacin treatment, especially in higher concentrations. Due to the lower toxic properties, morphological changes were less pronounced compared to ciprofloxacin. The addition of levofloxacin to cell culture did not cause crystals formation, using an inverted light microscope (bar = 200 µm). (B)—Morphometric analysis of cells area.
